Venue, travel & access
Venue: Grand Hotel Gosforth Park, High Gosforth Park, NE3 5HN. Set just off the A1 and beside Newcastle Racecourse, with extensive meeting space and free guest Wi‑Fi throughout.
By car: Easy access from the A1 via the A1056 (Wideopen turn‑off). On‑site free parking for hotel/event guests (approx. 300 spaces). Important: Guests must register their vehicle at hotel reception to avoid third‑party parking penalties.
By rail/Metro: From Newcastle Central Station, it’s around 10–15 minutes by taxi (£12–£15 typical). The nearest Metro hub is Regent Centre; from there it’s a short taxi or a frequent bus to the hotel (see below).
By bus: Frequent services from Newcastle city centre to Great North Road – Brunton Lane (a short walk for the hotel). Options include Q3/ Q3X (Quaylink) and routes 43/44/45.
From Newcastle International Airport: Around 10 minutes by car in normal traffic.
Accessibility: The hotel has wheelchair access and accessible facilities; if you have specific requirements, please contact the us in advance so we can make arrangements.

What to bring: A brief outline of your funding need, and if you have recent management accounts, a simple cash‑flow view, and (if relevant) a short deck, bring them to aid your conversations. If you don't have these things, don't worry, the agenda sessions will help you develop them.
Dress code: Smart casual, be comfortable and ready to talk finance.
