Venue, Travel and access

Venue: Excel London, Royal Victoria Dock, 1 Western Gateway, London, E16 1XL. A major international exhibition and conference centre located in London’s Royal Docks, offering extensive event space and excellent connectivity across the capital.

By car: The venue is easily accessible via key routes including the A13, A406 North Circular and M25. Access to the on‑site car park is via the A13 only, with drivers advised to use postcode E16 1FR for the car park entrance or E16 1XL for general venue directions. Parking is available on site, with pre‑booking recommended to guarantee a space. There is no access to the car park from Western Gateway or Seagull Lane, and clearly signposted routes guide vehicles into the venue.

By rail/tram: Excel London is exceptionally well connected by public transport, with the Elizabeth line and DLR providing the quickest routes. Alight at Custom House for the west entrance or Prince Regent for the east entrance and ICC areas. The Elizabeth line connects directly with central London and major national rail stations, providing fast onward travel across the capital and the wider UK rail network..

By bus: A range of bus services operate in the surrounding area, connecting Excel London with Stratford, Canning Town, and central London. Stops are located within walking distance of both main entrances, providing frequent and reliable services throughout the day.

From London airports: London City Airport is the closest airport, around 10 minutes away by DLR or car. Heathrow Airport can be reached directly via the Elizabeth line to Custom House, while Gatwick and Stansted are accessible via connecting rail services.
