Claire McCracken

Qualified in Scotland and England & Wales, Claire has over 25 years' experience in acting for companies and organisations ranging from PLCs to owner managed businesses, small and medium sized enterprises and private equity houses on general M&A and investment matters.

Claire also advises health clients and regularly acts for dental corporates, individual dentists, pharmacy operators, care home operators and audiology clients on M&A work, employee ownership trusts and generally helping them to navigate the cross-border differences.

Having previously been an international athlete, Claire also has a keen interest in sports law and is part of the Firm’s team that advises sports clients.
