Norrie Cook

Norrie is Head of Fund for Scotland at FSE, where he leads strategic investment initiatives that support SME growth across Scotland. With a focus on debt capital solutions ranging from £100k to £2m, Norrie brings over 35 years of experience in business and commercial banking, including a distinguished career at the Royal Bank of Scotland. Prior to joining FSE, he held roles at Scottish Enterprise and Business Gateway and also ran his own business consultancy. Norrie is a qualified coach with a strong track record in stakeholder engagement, risk management, and SME lending. Away from work, Norrie enjoys listening to vinyl, going to concerts, and both playing and watching football
